2. Eligibility & Account Registration
   You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You have legal authority to bind the business you represent

All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
   You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited, or bulk messages without opt-in

Send messages using purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party contact lists

Violate WhatsApp or Meta policies

Send illegal, misleading, deceptive, or abusive content

Impersonate any person or organization

Circumvent WhatsApp safeguards or rate limits

🚫 Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

4. User Opt-In & Consent (Mandatory)
   You may only message users who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp communication from you.

6. Pricing, Billing & Refunds
   Pricing is as per the subscribed plan or usage-based billing

WhatsApp conversation charges (as defined by Meta) are billed separately where applicable

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Platform Availability
   We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

Maintenance

Meta/WhatsApp outages

Network or force majeure events

8. Suspension & Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

You violate Meta or WhatsApp policies

You receive excessive user complaints or blocks

Your activity risks platform integrity

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
   Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.
10. Third-Party Dependencies
    Our Service depends on third-party platforms, including Meta and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for:
